Do you offer delivery and a collection service?
Yes we do offer both services.
 
Do I need to register?
If you are just browsing through our online shop, then there is no need to register however if you would like to place an order you will need to.

If you are registered on our old site you won’t need to re-register, this will all move over to the new site.

What if an item isn’t available, will you substitute it?
We do our best to ensure our website reflects what we have in stock however on occasion we do run out of produce.

We understand not everyone wants a substitute and so we do not offer this service.

Is there a delivery charge?
There is a charge of £4.00 within the local area.

When do you deliver?
We deliver Thursday to Saturday with deliveries taking place between 11am and 5pm.
We are unable to offer a specific delivery time, if you have any special requirements we will do our upmost to accommodate – Please use the note section on the checkout to advise us of any requirements.

Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order spend for both delivery or collection is £10.00.

How do I pay for my shopping?
Once you have placed your order online you will be taken to a secure page where you will be able to make payment – we accept both debit and credit card.

How do I know you have received my order?
Once you have paid for your order you will receive an automated confirmation email.

How do I amend or cancel my order?
If you wish to amend your order on the day of delivery or collection, please contact us by phone before 11am.

If you should need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

I am currently shielding/self-isolating and would like a delivery.
We at Roots and Fruits have taken this into consideration and when delivering we ensure social distancing is maintained.

Please be advised we will not leave an order unattended if you have not acknowledged our delivery assistant your order will be returned to store.
